Incomplete record·games missing

Incomplete record. This archive holds 22 games of this event; the others are missing, and the number played is not established. Twenty-two scores are available from the qualifying groups and final; further played games and the title playoff are missing.

József Lévay and Gyula Simon shared first in the amateur final with six points from eight games. Their drawn playoff left the master title unsettled.

A new final after qualifying

Twenty-five entrants played in three qualifying groups. Nine advanced to a new round robin with no qualifying results carried forward. Károly Havasi finished third in the final on 5½ points.

The native records mix stages: the source labeled group C includes Kovács’s first-round final game against Opočenský. This collection brings together all 22 recovered scores without treating them as one standings table.

The title remained open

Lévay and Simon drew a separate game for the master title. A planned second game was not played, and the title was withheld.

Further played scores are missing, including Balogh–Gruber from qualifying group C and three games from the first final round. An unplayed qualifying default and incomplete default accounting prevent a reliable total of games actually played.
