The nine-round Swiss was held in Moscow on 2–10 February 1999 with 193 players. The organizer's ledger records 854 paired outcomes: 852 played games and two unplayed defaults. Five full-point byes were awarded separately. The archive preserves 446 native scores; 406 played-game scores remain unavailable after bounded searches. No round-robin table is inferred from this partial Swiss collection. Native moves, results, rounds and dates are preserved. Player identities are corrected in 17 scores. Nine scores have legal move differences from TWIC's original publication, and seven short draws match that publication without proving their full played lengths. Eljanov's opponent remains Iuri Chikovani as in the original published score; most organizer records instead name Vakhtang Chikovani, a distinct player. Source dates and Elo metadata retain known inconsistencies.
