Twenty-eight recorded games from a generic Moscow label. Several have secondary club-semifinal attributions, but no common competition, final standings or historical played total is established.
This collection brings together 28 games recorded under the general heading Moscow in 1964, including games by Igor Zaitsev, Gavriil Veresov and Yakov Estrin. The surviving labels do not establish one shared tournament.
Club games and uncertain occasions
A secondary archive attributes 25 of these pairings to a Central Chess Club semifinal. That archive also includes two games found in a separate final table, so its displayed points cannot establish a semifinal winner or final standings. The occasions of Koifman–Bukhtin, Nikitin–Simagin and Osnos–Vaisman remain unconfirmed.
The original game dates and round labels remain unknown. These records are presented as a collection of games rather than a reconstructed tournament.
A separate junior competition
The broad source label also contained Dubinsky–Rashkovsky, a game from a separate tournament for students and young workers born in 1945 or later. A contemporary report identifies their last-round meeting and Dubinsky’s victory. That age-restricted competition is outside this collection’s scope.
