Four source records with unidentified competitions
Source year: 1971 · Source label: Yugoslavia

Four recorded games whose specific competitions, exact dates and rounds remain unidentified.

Four recorded games are preserved under the source label Yugoslavia 1971. Their specific competitions, exact dates, rounds and time controls remain unidentified.

The recorded selection

The games are Vladimir Sokolov–Božidar Ivanović, Zdenko Krnić–Milorad Vujović, Milan Jovčić–Dragoljub Ćirić and András Adorján–Srđan Cvetković. The collection groups these four source records without assigning them a shared competition.

Sokolov–Ivanović and Adorján–Cvetković appear in the electronic reproduction of Chess Informant 11, as selections 342 and 310. Jovčić–Ćirić appears as selection 207 in the reproduction of Chess Informant 12. Each gives Yugoslavia and 1971; each complete score agrees with the approved native record. The original printed editions have not been inspected.

The limits of the record

Krnić–Vujović retains its native source attribution; an independent contemporary publication or exact competition has not been established. The archive preserves the source’s names, results, moves, year-only dates and unknown rounds.

This is a bounded selection of four records. It makes no claim to a complete account of chess played in Yugoslavia during 1971. Independently identified league, Cup and friendly-match scores from the same source label are cataloged in their respective collections.
