Download any game as an MP4 video
Every game that can be downloaded as a GIF now has a Download MP4 key beside it, for sites such as Instagram that don't take GIFs.
The video is the same animation as the GIF, with the same board, player bars and timing, encoded as H.264.
Open the Share panel on any game page, including games you import from Lichess or Chess.com, and choose Download MP4. The board is recorded from the side you are viewing it from.
MP4 downloads are for signed-in accounts and count toward the same export limit as GIFs.
