A second Gym bot, the Study Masters Bot
The Gym's new bot was trained on the wins of all 146 masters on the Players page.
The Study Masters Bot learned from 86,013 archive games, from Greco and Philidor to Anand and Kramnik, with every move weighed by Stockfish 19. It is built from their games; it is not any of the players.
Its openings follow the masters' own choices first. In their held-out games it plays the master's move 56% of the time.
