1. 5.O-O Better is 5. P to Q 3, or P to Q 4.
2. 7…Bc5 I prefer Q to B 3; if White then plays 8. P x B, Black answers with P x P; 9. Kt to Kt 5, Q to R 3; 10. Kt to R 3, Q to R 5; 11. K to R 2, P x Kt; 12. P to K Kt 3, Q to R 2, being a Pawn ahead; or 9. B to Kt 5, Q to Kt 3; 10. Kt x P [if 10. Kt to R 2 (?), then Q to R 4 (!)], Q x B; 11. P to K B 4, P x P en passant; 12. Kt x P, Q to R 3, having the better position.
3. 14.Kxf2 This brings the King into a bad position. Better would be 14. Kt x B, Kt to R 4; 15. B to K 3, Q to R 5; 16. Kt to K 2.
4. 20.g3 A weak move, which drives the hostile Knight to a very good square. White should have played 20. K to Q 2, in order to bring his King to Q B sq.
5. 23.Nxe5 If 23. K to Q 2, K R to B sq.
6. 27.Nxc6+ Better would be 27. R to B 5.
7. 32…c4 Very well calculated. (See diagram.)
