The trial and its qualifiers

The signed Heinrich Wolf report prints the complete final table: Opočenský 5; Pelikán, Rejfíř and Fazekas 4 each; Foltys, Olexa and Zinner 3 each; Roháček 2. The three four-point finishers and three three-point finishers are tied on points; printed row order does not establish a tie-break.

The report names three qualifiers despite Fazekas sharing second-place points. It does not describe a playoff or the selection rule. The later Warsaw Olympiad is a separate team event. Earlier announcements concerned a planned June international tournament with a different proposed field; they do not establish another played stage of this trial.

All pairings preserved

The original table has seven ordinary results per player and no marked default, withdrawal or annulment. Each of its 28 pairings is represented by a legal approved archive score. The physical-play total therefore rests on published results corroborated by surviving scores.

The surviving records give July 1935 without exact days or round numbers. Seven records contain a damaged encoding of Vilém Olexa’s name. His name follows the contemporary field and the Czech federation historian’s later account; the preserved moves and partial dates remain unchanged.
