A perfect result
The contemporary final report records Ivkov’s fifth-round victory over Constant Orbaan and says he won every game. The final order was Ivkov 5, Czerniak 3, Sándor 2½, Harry Golombek 2, Paul Limbos 1½ and Orbaan 1.
Every pair in the six-player field met once. All fifteen games are present in the archive, and the complete reciprocal result table agrees with the contemporary final totals.
A corrected result
The native score of Ivkov–Orbaan carries the result 0–1. The original newspaper explicitly records 1–0, consistent with Ivkov’s five victories and the full final table. This archive corrects that result while preserving all recorded moves and original game metadata.
Dates and source limits
The opening report published on 2 February places the first round on Tuesday, 1 February. The native scores date the first round 31 January; their original dates remain unchanged. The historical event range of 1–5 February follows the published secondary record.
The full cross-table is a modern transcription citing Di Felice; the original newspaper independently supplies all six final totals and the last-round results. A separately mentioned minor competition was a different class tournament, rather than a further stage of this six-player field.
